Wong Chan Yuen (commonly known as CY) is our esteemed Managing Partner at CY Wong Ng & Partners, a leading group of lawyers in Kuala Lumpur. He earned his law degree with Second-Class-Upper (Honours) from the Polytechnic of Wales (now the University of Glamorgan, United Kingdom) in 1991, emerging as the top student among Asian students. After this accomplishment, he pursued his Certificate in Legal Practice course at Universiti Malaya.

In 1994, CY was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. With over 25 years of experience in both litigation and corporate matters, CY has established himself as a seasoned legal practitioner with expertise in resolving civil disputes, particularly in construction law and corporate law.

Throughout his career, CY has appeared in numerous courts, including the Federal Court, and has adeptly handled a wide range of civil disputes. His areas of specialisation include construction law, corporate law, conveyancing, banking law, commercial law, and general civil litigation.

CY provides comprehensive legal solutions to its clients. He has successfully advised and represented clients in various corporate and commercial matters, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating complex legal issues.

Moreover, CY is also a certified financial planner accredited by the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia, further enhancing his ability to provide holistic advice to clients on corporate and financial matters.
