Choi Wai Win is a dedicated Partner at CY Wong Ng & Partners, a leading firm of lawyers in Kuala Lumpur. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of London, United Kingdom, and a Certificate in Legal Practice from Malaysia. Wai Win’s commitment to the legal profession led to his admission as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.

Wai Win brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm, particularly in the field of development projects for housing and commercial properties, mixed developments, and retail tenancies. He actively participates in advising, structuring, and drafting legal documentation for such projects. Additionally, he provides regular counsel to major conglomerates and construction companies on procedural and legal matters relating to the Green Building Index (GBI), tax issues, bridging finance, and general legal concerns.
