Wai Win holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of London and the Certificate in Legal Practice, Malaysia.
He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.
Wai Win has actively participated, advised, structured, drafted legal documentation relating to development projects of housing and commercial properties, mixed development and retail tenancies. He also regularly advises major conglomerates and construction companies on procedural and legal issues relating to Green Building Index (GBI), tax related matters, bridging finance and general legal issues. His other area of practice includes reviewing and drafting various property related agreements such as joint venture agreement, bridging loan agreement, property management agreement, deed of mutual covenants, hotel management agreement, underwriting agreement etc.
